Toastmasters is a non-profit educational group, devoted to helping its members improve public speaking, communications, and leadership skills. At Star Search Toastmasters club, we can help you improve your speaking skills in a friendly and supportive environment. In Toastmasters, you learn by practicing how to prepare and give a speech, and you will receive helpful, friendly evaluations that help you improve with each talk. You can also practice impromptu, or "off the cuff", speaking for those situations when you can't prepare ahead of time.
Speaking in this friendly club environment, with helpful feedback, will help you become more comfortable speaking in front of groups. Toastmasters can also help you develop leadership skills with opportunities to work with others. As a visitor, you can sit back and observe or participate, your choice. Visitors are always welcome!
