LocationFriends of Children with Special Needs The center is on Peralta, between Paseo Parkway and Mowry, closest cross street is Archer Way. Driving Directions From I-880, take Thornton Blvd east (towards the hills), then right on Paseo Padre, then left on Peralta. It is about two blocks up, on the right. Park in the parking lot, but please do not park under the car shelters; those are reserved for residents.
